General Management Philosophy ;
In the general organizational structure determined by the senior management in accordance with the Quality Management System, the authorities and responsibilities of everyone are determined by their immediate superiors and communicated to those responsible. The communication of all personnel in the organization with each other and the proxy system to be applied when there is no responsible person are also included in this structure. 3. Social Activities : UR-SA raises consumer awareness by organizing training programs and seminars in regions and countries where the products it produces are newly known or newly used. It also assists the authorities of that country in establishing standards.

4. Product Reliability : The products manufactured by UR-SA are under the assurance of UR-SA within the framework of the quality criteria declared by UR-SA after sales. When you contact us directly or through our dealer about any product problem, a response will be given as soon as possible.

5. Respect for the Environment: UR-SA carries out its production in a way that does not jeopardize the environment and human health. In this context, it strictly complies with the rules set by the law.

6. Compliance with the Rules: UR-SA carries out its production and sales within the framework of the above-mentioned rules. The senior management supervises the employees' compliance with these rules and the management is not held responsible for any business lost due to non-compliance with these rules.
